Returns and Exchange
Returns are only allowed if the product is received in a damaged condition. Proof of damage will be required to process the return.
Exchange or return is available within 2 days of receiving the order. Products that are damaged, used, worn, or missing their tag/seal will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Requests for size alterations will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the product will be dispatched in free size, and customers can get it altered at their own expense.
Please note: altered products are not eligible for exchange.
